Emirates Suspends All Dubai Flights Indefinitely

Emirates Airline has announced the immediate suspension of all flights operating to and from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) until further notice due to ongoing airspace restrictions across parts of the Middle East.
The airline disclosed the development in a statement shared on its official X platform, explaining that the decision was taken as a precautionary safety measure amid rising regional tensions affecting several aviation routes.
According to Emirates, passengers scheduled to travel have been advised not to proceed to the airport as flight operations remain suspended until further updates are issued.
The airline also expressed appreciation to customers for their patience and understanding while it continues to monitor the rapidly evolving security situation in the region.
Earlier travel advisories had indicated that scheduled commercial operations would remain halted until 23:59 UAE time on March 7, but the latest update confirms that the suspension has now been extended indefinitely.
Airlines operating across the Middle East have been forced to reroute or suspend services as airspace restrictions intensify due to growing military tensions and security concerns.
Passengers planning to travel through Dubai have therefore been advised to closely monitor updates from Emirates and confirm their flight status before making any arrangements to travel to the airport.
