President Donald Trump has reiterated that Iran was ready to attack the United States “within a week” before the US and Israel launched military operations.
Speaking to reporters on Monday, he said, “I’ll give you the best reason of all. Within a week, they would’ve attacked us, 100%.”

Trump claimed that Iran had a large arsenal of missiles, exceeding expectations, and planned to target the US, Israel, and other parts of the Middle East.
He also warned that if Iran had nuclear weapons, they might have used them against Israel.
Trump described the US-Israeli military action as “pre-emptive” due to the perceived nuclear threat.
