Mother’s Day: Fagbenro-Bibire Celebrates Oyo First Lady, His Mother, Wife, & Mothers Across Ibadan Southwest/Northwest Federal Constituency

Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, Honourable Abayomi Fagbenro-Bibire, has joined the good people of Oyo State in celebrating the First Lady of Oyo State, Her Excellency Tamunominini Makinde, on the occasion of this year’s Mother’s Day.
The compassionate politician, in a statement made available to Polity Reporters on Sunday, praised the number one mother in Oyo State for her kindness and the immeasurable support she continues to offer to women and families across the state.
He also celebrated his mother, whose guidance and prayers, he said, molded him and provided him with the foundation to stand on his own feet in life.
Bibire also expressed his gratitude to his wife for her constant support, love, and companionship, which have been a reliable source of strength and encouragement in his life.
This was as he thanked his teachers, who guided him with enough patience and imparted so much in him as he made his way through life.
The leading House of Representatives aspirant for Ibadan Southwest and Northwest federal constituency also recognized grandmothers, whom he described as a reservoir of wisdom in many homes, as they continue to pass down valuable lessons from one generation to the next.
Speaking further, he said many mothers go the extra mile every day to ensure their children succeed, while holding their families together through thick and thin.
The retired US Navy veteran, however, reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare of mothers and promised that, if elected, he would advocate for bills that protect their rights and prioritize dignity in policies affecting them.
He therefore called on families across the length and breadth of the world to give honour to their mothers, stressing that their love and sacrifice are treasures that cannot be swept under the carpet.
He ended with a fervent prayer to God that every mother in Ibadan Southwest and Northwest Federal Constituency, across Oyo State and Nigeria will continue to reap the fruit of their labour and enjoy peace, good health, and joy in their homes.
