Justice Will Prevail — Malami

Former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, has expressed his confidence that truth and justice will ultimately prevail.

He made the statement despite ongoing legal proceedings against him.

Malami thanked his family, friends, political associates, and well-meaning Nigerians who stood by him during this time.

He specifically highlighted the support from figures like Atiku Abubakar, Nasir El-Rufai, Rotimi Amaechi, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, and Peter Obi, among others.

In a statement issued through his media aide, Mohammed Bello Doka, Malami said the support he received strengthened his belief in due process and the justice system.

He urged citizens to remain engaged in defending justice, strengthening institutions, and promoting accountability throughout the country.

“The struggle for justice, accountability, and national redemption is only just beginning,” he said.
