BREAKING: Man City beat Arsenal 2-0 to win Carabao Cup

Manchester City claimed the first silverware of the season after defeating Arsenal 2-0 in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley.

The match came after City were eliminated from the Champions League by Real Madrid in the last 16.

Meanwhile, Arsenal were still competing for four trophies heading into the match.

The first half ended goalless as both teams tested each other.

City took the lead after the break when Kepa Arizzabalaga mishandled the ball, allowing Nico O’Reilly to head into an empty net.
