ADC Kicks Off Sale of Nomination Forms

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced the commencement of the sale of Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms for its upcoming ward, local government, state congresses, and national convention.
This announcement was made in a public notice issued by the party’s National Organizing Secretary, Chinedu Idigo, from the national headquarters in Abuja.
The party is calling on interested members seeking elective positions within its structure to obtain the necessary forms ahead of the elections.
The Expression of Interest Form is priced at N2,000, with nomination fees varying depending on the position contested.
For ward-level elections, chairmanship forms cost N10,000, secretaries pay N5,000, and other offices cost N3,000.
At the local government level, aspirants for chairmanship positions will pay N40,000, secretaries will pay N30,000, and other officials will pay N10,000.
State-level aspirants will be required to pay N500,000 for chairmanship forms, N300,000 for secretaries, and N50,000 for other positions.
National convention delegates must pay a nomination fee of N10,000 per aspirant.
The party also requires all aspirants to secure nominators who must pay a non-refundable fee of N500 each.
Aspirants are reminded to make all payments via bank transfer to the party’s designated account, with proof of payment required during form collection.
Forms can be obtained from the party’s national secretariat or state offices, with March 27, 2026, set as the deadline for submission.
Screening of aspirants will take place between March 30 and March 31, 2026.
