UCL: Arteta to Miss Two Key Players for Arsenal’s Clash Against Bayer Leverkusen

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will be without two key players for their UEFA Champions League Round of 16 second leg against Bayer Leverkusen.

The match will take place on Tuesday at the Emirates Stadium, with Arsenal looking to bounce back after a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Germany.

Arteta confirmed at his pre-match press conference on Monday that Jurrien Timber and Martin Ødegaard would not feature in the game.

“Jurrien Timber and Martin Ødegaard will be out tomorrow against Bayer Leverkusen,” Arteta stated.

Ahead of this Champions League clash, Arsenal secured a Premier League win over Everton this past weekend.
