Borno Bombings: MURIC Slams General Musa for Failing to Protect Lives

MURIC has called on General Christopher Musa, Minister of Defence, to take decisive action in stopping the continuous killings of innocent citizens.
The organization made the statement in response to the bombings in Maiduguri that killed 23 people and injured over 100.
Professor Ishaq Akintola, Executive Director of MURIC, expressed concern over the security forces’ inconsistent efforts in Borno State.
The group stressed that Nigerians, especially Muslims in the North, are suffering, and urgent steps must be taken to address the situation.
MURIC charged General Musa to live up to his responsibility and stop the senseless loss of lives in the country.
