Court of Appeal Rules in Favour of El-Rufai’s Right to Fair Hearing

The Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of Malam Nasir El-Rufai, affirming his right to a fair hearing.

The court set aside the Federal High Court’s judgment, which had proceeded without proper service of notice to El-Rufai.

El-Rufai had challenged the Kaduna State House of Assembly’s actions in a fundamental rights enforcement suit filed in 2024.
