IBNW/SW 2027: I Am in the Race So That a Son of Nobody Can Become Somebody — Fagbenro-Bibire

Honourable Abayomi Fagbenro, widely known as Bibire, has declared that his decision to join the race for the Ibadan Northwest and Southwest Federal Constituency seat is driven by a strong desire to give ordinary people hope that background should never stand in the way of opportunity.

The leading aspirant under the umbrella of the PDP said his ambition is built on the belief that a son of nobody who knows nobody should still be able to become somebody through honest toil.

Speaking during an interaction with supporters and community members, he said his aspiration is about opening doors for many young people and ordinary citizens who feel they can’t make it life because they have no connection or access to power.

He noted that many young people and struggling families feel shut out of opportunities because they do not know anyone in high places.

According to him, his mission is to proof that a son of nobody who knows nobody can still become somebody by having faith in God and in themselves.

The retired US Navy veteran said he understands the daily struggles of the people because he lives among them and continues to engage them at close range.

He added that he knows where the shoes pinch the people and is ready to bring practical but effective solutions that will touch lives directly.

Bibire therefore urged the masses to look at his record over the past fifteen years as a measure of his readiness to serve.

He said he has spent the past fifteen years serving the people in different ways without waiting for any political position.

The first-class philanthropist maintained that his activities during this period have been centered on helping people, supporting communities, and standing with those in need.

He stressed that he is not making empty promises but offering himself for service based on what he has already done.

The humanitarian of no mean repute assured that his focus will remain on improving the lives of the people through practical representation and people-oriented policies.

He called on party leaders, party members, and the general public to support his vision that promotes fairness, access, and equal opportunity for all.

Bibire concluded by saying that leadership should be about service and not privilege, and that he is prepared to carry that responsibility with undiluted integrity and enough capacity.
