Makinde Swears in New Head of Service, Commissioners, as Cabinet Reshuffle Takes Place

The Oyo State Government has conducted a swearing-in ceremony for a new Head of Service and two newly appointed commissioners as part of a minor cabinet reshuffle within the state executive council.

The newly sworn-in Head of Service is Dr (Mrs) Adenike Ayobami Fasina, mni, while the new commissioners are Dr Lateef Idowu Oyeleke, who will oversee the Ministry of Special Duties, and Barr. Ayobami Oluwaseun Ojo, who has been assigned to the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning.

Alhaja Ajoke Fausat Sanni, who previously served in the Ministry of Special Duties, has been redeployed to the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperatives as part of the restructuring.

“I welcome the new appointees to the Oyo State Executive Council and encourage them to give their best in service to our dear state within the time we have left,” the governor said in his remarks.
