Trump Confirms Major US–Iran Deal Negotiated, Still Awaits Final Sign-Off
United States President Donald Trump has announced that a broad agreement involving the United States, Iran, and several other countries has been largely negotiated, though final approval is still pending.
Trump described the emerging deal as a “Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to PEACE,” adding that discussions continue to conclude remaining terms among all parties involved.
He noted that multiple countries are part of the agreement, but did not immediately reveal the full list of participants.
According to the President, the framework of the deal emphasizes diplomatic cooperation and broader regional stability, with further consultations needed before any formal announcement.
One of the key elements referenced in the proposed agreement is the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, a vital global oil and shipping route.
Trump stressed that the agreement is not yet final and remains subject to the approval of all involved parties.
