IBSW Secretary, Sunday Raphael Celebrates Olu Bello, Applauds Contributions to Local Government

The Secretary to Ibadan Southwest Local Government, Hon. Sunday Raphael, has congratulated Hon. Olumide Bello on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a pragmatic leader whose contributions to the development of the council remain commendable.

In a congratulatory message, Hon. Sunday described the former Secretary of the council as an incredible and hardworking personality who brought his wealth of experience to bear as SLG.
