He reaffirmed Tehran’s dedication to advancing cooperation with Moscow, signaling a continued commitment to their growing alliance.
This meeting comes amid escalating global geopolitical tensions, with both Russia and Iran strengthening their ties in diplomacy, energy, and regional security.
