INEC Officially Recognizes David Mark as ADC National Chairman

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has officially recognized David Mark as the National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
The confirmation was made after checks by Polity Reporters on INEC’s official portal revealed the update.
This recognition follows a Supreme Court judgment which vacated the previous Court of Appeal order that had prevented Mark’s recognition as the party’s national chairman.
INEC had removed the names of David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola from its official portal on April 1, 2026, amidst an ongoing leadership dispute within the party.
