David Mark, National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has assured party members that the ADC will be on the ballot for all elections in 2027 despite ongoing legal challenges.

Speaking late Wednesday after receiving a briefing from the party’s legal team regarding the recent Federal High Court ruling, Senator Mark dismissed concerns about the party’s ongoing litigations and expressed confidence in a positive outcome.

“You do not have anything to be afraid of regarding all the litigations before the party.

“I want to assure you that we shall triumph in all the cases, and we shall be on the ballot for every election,” Mark stated.

He further added, “We are more than prepared and ready for these cases, and we shall do everything within the law to surmount every situation.”

Although not a legal expert himself, Mark vowed to lead the party through the legal battles.

“In this legal battle, though I am not a lawyer, I will lead from the front, and we shall surely triumph,” he concluded.

The ADC’s legal team has already begun the process of appealing the court’s decision and has applied for a stay of execution.

Mark’s comments come at a crucial time for the party, which is intensifying its preparations for the 2027 general elections.
