ADA to Appeal Court Order Compelling INEC to Register NDC – Umar Ardo

Umar Ardo, a founding leader of the All Democratic Alliance (ADA), has announced that the association will appeal the federal high court’s ruling in Lokoja.

The court had ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to register the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).

ADA was among the eight pre-qualified associations approved by INEC in October 2025 for party registration.
