Troops rescue widow of late Gen. Rabe Abubakar from captivity

The Nigerian military has successfully rescued the wife of the late retired Major General Rabe Abubakar from captivity during a coordinated security operation.
Military sources said the rescue was carried out during ongoing clearance and search operations targeting criminal groups involved in kidnappings and other violent crimes.
The sources added that the woman has been reunited with her family after the operation.
They further stated that she is currently receiving medical care and necessary support following her ordeal in captivity.
