2026 LG Election: IBSW APM Councillorship Candidates Pay Courtesy Visit to Oyo Gaming Board DG, Appreciate Financial Support

The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) councillorship candidates for Wards 1 to 12 in Ibadan Southwest Local Government have paid a courtesy visit to the Director General of the Oyo State Gaming and Lottery Board, Hon. Jide Boladuro, to seek his support ahead of the 2026 local government elections.

The candidates discussed their political aspirations with the Director General and appealed for his backing as they prepare to fly the party’s flag in their respective wards.

They also thanked him for his love for Ibadan Southwest and his commitment to the growth of APM, particularly his desire to see the party make headway in the 2026 local government elections and subsequent State House of Assembly, Governorship, and Presidential elections.

The candidates further communicated their immense thanks to him for the financial assistance, which they said came at the right time and would go a long way in giving their election preparations a much-needed boost.
