The EFCC alleged that the defendant obtained N42,345,000 from Musa Muhammed Jidda in 2025 under the pretence of supplying 45 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) at the rate of N941 per litre.

The commission also accused her of converting the money to her personal use, contrary to relevant provisions of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, 2006, and the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
