Ward 12 Councillor, Ayoade Congratulates IBSW Secretary, Sunday Raphael on Birthday, Describes Him as Blessing

Hon. Ayoade Phillip, the councillor representing Ibadan Southwest Ward 12, has congratulated the Secretary to the Ibadan Southwest Local Government, Hon. Adebanjo Sunday Raphael, on his birthday anniversary today, September 12, 2026.

The Ward legislator, in his birthday message, described the celebrant as a blessing to the local government, saying his invaluable contributions over time have made his impact impossible to overlook.

He commended the SLG for his innumerable investments in youth development, support for the less privileged and commitment to the growth of the Allied Peoples Movement, APM.

Ayoade also described the Personal Assistant to Hon. Abayomi Fagbenro-Bibire as a worthy example of loyalty, saying anyone who wants to learn the ropes of loyalty should take a leaf out of his book, as his commitment and fidelity have remained beyond question.

The councillor therefore joined the family, friends and political associates of Hon. Sunday Raphael in celebrating the number three citizen of Ibadan Southwest Local Government, whom he praised for always putting his people first and leaving his fingerprints on the affairs of the local government.

He prayed that Almighty God would grant the celebrant many more years in sound health, happiness and fulfilment as he continues to serve the good people Ibadan Southwest Local Government.
