Kidnapped Oyo Pupils, Teachers Regain Freedom

The pupils and teachers abducted in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State have regained their freedom after spending days in captivity.
The development was announced on Friday by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, who confirmed the release in a post shared on his verified X handle.
Onanuga gave a brief update, stating that the abducted victims had been freed by their captors.
“Finally, the kidnapped pupils and teachers in Orire, Oyo have been freed by their abductors,” he wrote.
