SA Security, Bibire Celebrates OYSAPD DG Adekanmbi, Commends Service to Humanity

The Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Security Matters, Abayomi Fagbenro Bibire, has congratulated the Director General of the Oyo State Agency for Persons with Disabilities (OYSAPD), Barrister Ayodele Adekanmbi, on his birthday.

Bibire, in a congratulatory message, described Adekanmbi as a result-oriented leader whose impactful initiatives at OYSAPD have continued to shine a light on the needs, rights and welfare of persons with disabilities across Oyo State.

He praised the OYSAPD helmsman for his strong commitment to the welfare, inclusion and empowerment of persons with disabilities, saying his giant strides have provided them with a stronger voice and a seat at the table in the affairs of the State.

Bibire added that Adekanmbi’s positive interventions have supported the inclusive governance agenda of the Governor Seyi Makinde administration, especially in opening doors for persons with disabilities to take part more fully in society.
