BREAKING: Jones Challenges FBI Director Patel on Trump’s Security Following Assassination Attempts

Fox News host Lawrence Jones has confronted Kash Patel, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), over the repeated assassination attempts targeting President Donald Trump.

During their discussion, Jones raised concerns about how security lapses would be investigated, specifically questioning whether the United States Secret Service could objectively handle such matters given past failures, such as the incident in Butler.

Jones emphasized, “The president is facing an assassination attempt nearly every year. Who is going to investigate these procedures? The Secret Service can’t investigate themselves, especially since some of the leadership responsible for Butler is still in charge.”

Patel acknowledged the failure, stating he could not comment directly on the Butler incident but agreed it represented “a total failure.”

He expressed confidence in Secretary Markwayne Mullin, who supervises the Secret Service, and assured that the FBI would continue to collaborate with the Secret Service to improve security protocols.
